IPTV delivers television over an ordinary internet connection instead of an aerial, satellite dish or cable. A player app on your device requests each channel or title over the network and plays it back, which is why the same subscription works on a television, a phone and a laptop without separate hardware for each.
No. If your television is already a smart TV, or you own a streaming stick such as a Firestick, you have everything you need. Older televisions without apps need an inexpensive streaming device plugged into an HDMI port.
They are two ways of handing the same subscription to a player. An M3U playlist is a single long URL containing your channel list; Xtream Codes splits the same information into a server address, a username and a password. Most modern players accept either, and we can send whichever format your player expects.
The subscription follows your account rather than your address, so it works wherever you have a suitable internet connection. Availability of individual content can differ by region, and hotel or public Wi-Fi is often too restricted or too slow for comfortable streaming.
Exactly as many as the number of connections on your plan. If two people regularly watch different things in the evening, choose two connections rather than one — a single connection used on two screens at the same time will interrupt one of them.
Message us before the end date and we will arrange the renewal. Renewing on the same account normally keeps your existing setup in place, so there is nothing to reinstall on your devices.
Yes, though streaming video consumes data quickly, particularly at higher resolutions. If you watch regularly on a metered connection, lower the quality setting inside your player and check your data allowance.
A single problematic stream is usually a source-side issue rather than a problem with your setup, especially if other channels in the same category play normally. Note the channel name and the time, and send that to us — details make it far quicker to investigate.
It depends on the connection. A VPN adds an extra hop and can reduce throughput, which sometimes causes buffering that would not otherwise happen. If you use one, try the stream with it turned off to see which is better on your network before deciding.
Yes. Most players accept an EPG (electronic programme guide) URL alongside your playlist, which fills in programme names and times. If your player has an EPG field and it is empty, ask us for the correct address to paste in.
The device you are using, the player app and its version, the channel or title affected, roughly when it happened, and whether the same thing occurs on another network. That short list usually removes several rounds of back-and-forth.
Each subscription covers the period you choose and does not renew by itself. When the period ends, you decide whether to continue.
